Distilled in Tasmania and matured for six full winters in a carefully selected Port barrel, this limited release showcases the remarkable character that only time can create. Rich notes of dried fruits, dark berries and gentle spice are beautifully balanced with toasted oak, hints of vanilla and a smooth, warming finish. Limited release. 
Six Winters is available in two expressions:
🥃 66% ABV Cask Strength – bold, rich and straight from the barrel.
🥃 48% ABV – beautifully balanced, smooth and full of character.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Rich port fruits, raisins, caramel, vanilla and toasted oak.
Palate: Dark berries, dried fruits, toffee, gentle spice and creamy malt with subtle chocolate notes.
Finish: Long, smooth and warming with lingering oak, spice and sweet port influence.
